Join our Compliance team as the lead for our Swedish gambling compliance. In this high-impact role, you will act as the strategic guardian of one of our primary jurisdictions, driving compliance by design across our product and marketing ecosystems.

Сейчас мы ищем Team Lead для Facebook-направления.

Задачи Team Lead:

• Управление и развитие Facebook-команды;
• Масштабирование текущих связок и поиск новых;
• Настройка и оптимизация процессов в команде;
• Аналитика результатов и принятие решений по стратегии.

Требования:

• Подтверждённые кейсы за последние 3 месяца (успешные кампании, масштабирование, работа с креативами)
• Обязателен самостоятельный залив трафика — у нас нет тимлидов, которые не льют сами
• Опыт работы с креативами: от постановки ТЗ до анализа и масштабирования
• Навык системного масштабирования и оптимизации

We are TopTraff, a media buying team working with high-spend iGaming offers, primarily in Tier-3 geos. One of our key projects is an in-house product that we are actively developing.

Our team already consists of 50+ people, including media buyers, technical specialists, and designers. Our current main focus is scaling, which is why we are expanding the team.

At the moment, we are looking for a Facebook Team Lead.

Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the Facebook team;
• Scaling current funnels and finding new ones;
• Setting up and optimizing team processes;
• Analyzing performance and making strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven cases from the last 3 months (successful campaigns, scaling, work with creatives);
• Hands-on traffic buying is mandatory — we do not have team leads who don’t launch traffic themselves;
• Experience working with creatives: from briefing to analysis and scaling;
• Strong skills in systematic scaling and optimization.

We're looking for a talented Casino Email Marketing Specialist with mandatory casino affiliate or iGaming experience to join our team at Casino Alpha. You'll work on creating high-converting email campaigns that engage our player base, promote casino bonuses, and drive affiliate revenue through targeted, personalised communication.

• Able to build and lead a development team
• Hands-on developer as well as technical lead
• Strong fintech development background
• iGaming experience is a major plus
• Experience implementing AI into the codebase to accelerate development, automation, and optimization
• AI is used as a productivity and acceleration tool — not as a replacement for engineering skills
• Ownership mindset: build, lead, optimize

• Solid experience within iGaming / online casino
• Able to set up full SMS and email flows (retention, reactivation, lifecycle)
• Experience sourcing and working with SMS/email providers
• Strong understanding of data, segmentation, and player retention

• Strong experience generating casino/slots players
• Able to build everything from scratch
• Experience setting up and managing payment solutions across different platforms
• Performance-driven and cost-efficient acquisition focus
