• Company Accounts: For employers posting jobs and recruiting talent

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from our platform
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam users with unsolicited messages
• Post discriminatory job listings or content
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Job Postings

Company Responsibilities

• Job postings must be accurate and represent real employment opportunities
• Companies must comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Job postings must not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Companies are responsible for their own hiring decisions and processes

We Reserve the Right To:

• Remove job postings that violate these terms
• Verify company information before approving job postings
• Modify or remove content that we deem inappropriate

Candidate Profiles

Profile Content

• You must provide truthful information in your profile
• You retain ownership of content you upload (resume, portfolio, etc.)
• By posting content, you grant us a license to display it on our platform
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information

Applications and Communications

• When you apply for a job, your information is shared with the hiring company
• We are not responsible for the hiring decisions of companies
• Companies and candidates are responsible for their own communications
• We may monitor communications to ensure compliance with these terms

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The iGaming Job Board platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Fees and Payment

Our services are currently free. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with reasonable notice to users.

Termination
