About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and oversee our digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong background in performance marketing, social media, content strategy, customer acquisition, and digital growth. Candidates with experience in online gaming, digital entertainment, affiliate marketing, fintech, e-commerce, or other highly competitive online industries are encouraged to apply.

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in developing marketing strategies, driving campaign performance, leading a marketing team, and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Develop and implement a robust social media strategy, including market research, audience targeting, content planning, and performance analysis.

  • Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, customer registrations, and retention.

  • Create engaging content tailored to target audiences across various digital channels.

  • Collaborate with partners, influencers, affiliates, and internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with internal design teams to produce high-quality visual and marketing assets.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using digital analytics tools and performance metrics.

  • Track key marketing KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry developments.

  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve marketing efficiency and productivity.

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Development, and Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities across marketing functions.

  • Perform other Digital Marketing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing leadership role, such as Team Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager.

  • Proven experience leading and managing a Digital Marketing team.

  • Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Paid Advertising.

  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, campaign performance analysis, and digital growth strategies.

  • Familiarity with the latest digital marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
