We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HR BP) to join our team. This role is pivotal in aligning business objectives with people strategies across designated business units. Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Conduct regular alignment meetings with business units.
- Advise and support managers on HR matters and people strategies.
- Deliver day-to-day guidance on performance management (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
HR Advisory & Consulting
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and lead investigations.
- Interpret and apply HR policies consistently across the organization.
- Guide managers on employee behavior, engagement, and conflict resolution.
Operational HR Management
- Drive and optimize HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee all employee life cycle changes (e.g. promotions, transfers).
- Administer performance management within assigned business units.
- Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation.
- Lead and support HR annual cycle deliverables (engagement surveys, performance reviews, benefits enrollment, etc.).
- Identify workforce trends and propose training and development programs accordingly.
- Maintain and update HRIS (e.g., BambooHR) and coordinate with Payroll and HRIS providers.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Forecast headcount needs in collaboration with business leaders.
- Participate in final-stage recruitment and support the hiring process.
- Co-facilitate onboarding programmes for new hires.
- Promote and manage the Employee Referral Program.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- Strong command of English (written & spoken); Spanish is a plus.
- Proven knowledge across HR disciplines (compensation, employee relations, talent management, etc.).
- Experience with HR systems (preferably BambooHR).
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
