Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with high-value clients to understand their current and future needs
  • Establish long-term partnerships with clients by comprehending their goals and decision- making processes
  • Manage assigned accounts throughout the customer journey, addressing all queries and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Identify growth opportunities within the client base in collaboration with the VIP team, Ensure priorities are driven based on ROI and Strategic Value
  • Plan and drive multiple campaigns, maintaining end-to-end accountability for partner & VIP satisfaction and overall delivery excellence.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activities to ensure the VIP retail rewards program is proactively and positively perceived verses competitor activity
  • Provide recommendations for new VIP rewards and implement new program features

Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 year experience in a customer service role, Previous experience as a VIP Host or Account Manager, or as a VIP Customer Service or Support Specialist
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in gambling practices or Knowledge of cryptocurrencies.
